One of my neighbors does this every holiday in our street. She and her two boys walk up the street with a Red Ryder wagon full of little flags and puts them in the ground along the edge of the street and then takes them all back down again. Given this upcoming Monday is Presidents Day, it seemed an appropriate time to post this. This particular image was taken on Labor Day.
