While in London recently, we stayed at a hotel on the South Bank just a hop, skip and a jump away from this place. This is of course the Clock Tower (also known as Elizabeth Tower) located at the end of the Palace of Westminster where the British Parliament sits. Most people know this as Big Ben, but Big Ben is actually the bell that sits inside the tower. And this is probably one of the most iconic “old timers” in the world.
