My name is Morag Reid, and I’m a landscape and seascape photographer based in Florida, USA, though my roots run deep in the wild beauty of Scotland, where I grew up.

In recent years, after the loss of several close friends, I made a promise to myself; to see everything I can, while I can. Life is unpredictable, and photography has become my way of staying present, seeking wonder, and honoring the people and places that matter most.

Whether I’m standing in the spray of the ocean or waiting for the first glow of sunrise over a windswept hill, I find peace behind the lens. There’s nothing I love more than chasing light with the wind in my hair, my camera steady in hand (or balanced on a tripod), capturing the fleeting moments that remind us how breathtaking the world can be.
